NASENCO

Are you a SENCO or an aspiring SENCO wanting to start NASENCO training this autumn?

We are delighted to announce that in addition to our local NPQ provision, BTSA will be working in partnership with Best Practice Network/Outstanding Leaders Partnership to host the NASENCO (National Award for SEN Coordination) locally from Autumn 2023 

NPQs and NASENCO qualifications offer teachers and leaders clear development opportunities and career progression. All NASENCO sessions will be held at Kingston Primary School, Church Road, Thundersley, Benfleet SS7 3HG. PLEASE NOTE: For anyone who will be in their third year as a SENCO in September 2023, this will be their last opportunity to complete the SENCO Award within the required time limit. The new SEN NPQ will be launched in Autumn 2024 however this will be an 18 month award so it will not be possible to complete this within the 3 year limit.

Please be advised extended application deadline for Autumn 2023 NASENCO is Friday 22nd September 2023.

All NASENCO applications should be submitted via BPN website: https://www.bestpracticenet.co.uk/nasenco 

In order to access training provided locally with BTSA, please ensure you select our name from the dropdown list of delivery partners within the application form.
