Following on from our successful collaboration last year, we would like to invite all schools to attend our online Staff Wellbeing/Mental Health meeting on Wednesday 8th May 3.45pm-4.30pm via zoom.

These meetings aim to bring schools together to discuss staff welfare and share good practice and recent initiatives to enable schools to better support their hardworking staff. Many schools are currently looking at ways to provide wellbeing support for staff so we feel it is useful for them to have the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas to develop and expand their welfare provision. We welcome contributions from participants so that we can discuss and share strategies and activities that have been utilised within schools and can signpost each other to helpful toolkits.

The meeting will take approx. 45-60 minutes and will hopefully provide schools with practical and sustainable ideas to explore within their own settings.

Please could all participants email Denise Mair on denise.btsa@kingston.essex.sch.uk to register their attendance at this meeting.

We would also be very grateful if participants could advise us if they are happy to share any strategies or good practice that has worked well in their own schools or suggest areas of focus for discussion at our meeting and we will be happy to add these to our agenda.

Thank you for your interest and we hope that these meetings help schools to support their amazing staff.
