The BTSA is pleased to invite all staff with responsibilities or interest in pupil premium to the next meeting of our Pupil Premium Teach Meet.

The BTSA has restructured our previous Pupil Premium Network groups to more of a collaborative 'Teach Meet' style to offer schools the opportunity to share best practice and current initiatives and discuss upcoming guidance or any issues. We are aware that there is a lot of disadvantaged provision available within our area so wanted to provide a complimentary service which would still prove valuable to our community.

Our Pupil Premium Teach Meet will focus on:

  • Assertive Mentoring

  • Brilliant Club

  • Parental engagement strategies

We welcome any suggestions or ideas for discussion and are happy to include any additional items on the agenda.

We will be looking to discuss ideas/good practice and what has worked well elsewhere.

This group is suitable for both primary and secondary phases.

Please email Denise Mair on denise.btsa@kingston.essex.sch.uk should you wish to attend the meeting.
