The BTSA would like to invite all staff members to our Supporting Communication and Oracy network group aimed at teachers/LSAs supporting pupils with speech and language needs.

Our network groups are hosted by our hugely experienced Partnership SENCO, Jacky Wragg, who will be able to provide guidance to all staff members supporting SLCN in school including those involved in MITA SLCN projects and those who are Talk Boost or ELKLAN trained. Network meetings are held on a termly basis.

Meetings this year will focus on making language stick, linked to vocabulary development amd auditory memory.

Network meetings are offered free of charge by BTSA to support SLCN within our area.

This network group is suitable for nursery/preschool, primary and secondary phases.

Please email Denise Mair on denise.btsa@kingston.essex.sch.uk to register your interest.
